I tried to get a customer service number or complaint hotline from Customer Rep Arbria and she rushed me off and told me that no supervisors were available to talk to me. Also some techs either can't or won't fix things well so a good tech gets stuck with it over and over while nothing happens to the bad techs except they get a nice raise for their great stats. Can be a challenge, but all companies have challenges.
